Red Devils management

Jake Lane has been involved in promoting Ice Hockey for three years. His annual fundrasing games for Canterbury Minors Ice Hockey have been vital in providing funding and recognition for the sport. He joins the Red Devils in 2011 with a clear vision for the growth of the team.

Graham Tappin has been involved with Ice Hockey at a family level in Canterbury for past 6 years with his oldest son Tom playing and youngest son Luke involved for the first time in 2011. At the same time, Graham has been involved with the Shirley Boys High School Ice Hockey Team and has been coaching Rugby for Parklands U8 juniors.
As a business director of his own successful logistics company, Graham is looking forward to providing a new perspective and focus for both the Red Devils team and management, aimed at creating an exciting and competitive sporting experience to attract new supporters, spectators and sponsors alike.

Tim Ratcliffe is excited to join the Red Devils management for the 2013 season. He is looking forward to assisting with the professional and well-organised team culture already established by the coaching and management team. His involvement with hockey began in 2007, working with the Minors Committee for a number of years, as well as assisting on the CIHA. He has also made the transition to player, and there may be some truth to the rumour that he runs a social Senior team solely to guarantee himself a spot on the roster.

Everard Petrie is the youngest addition to the Canterbury Red Devils' front office. A Television and Film student at the New Zealand Broadcasting School, he eager to show his hometown the wonderful game of Ice Hockey. He hopes to use a fresh perspective and his developing abilities as a film maker to bring all eyes on the Red Devils for the 2012 season.
